USA WEST U-23 TOUR INFORMATION

MANCHESTER, ENGLAND 2010 WORLD GAMES

TENTATIVE DATES: JULY6TH – 25TH

USA West is pleased to announce that this year’s college trip will be to Manchester England for the 2010 Lacrosse World Games. The team will be playing in the Elite Open Division.

The trip will begin with a three day training camp starting on July 6th. We will depart for Manchester on July 9th. During our first week in England the team will play 3-4 exhibition games verses various National Teams. In the past we have played team Japan, England, Whales, Germany, and team USA. Before the World Games officially start, the team will take a three day trip south to London for sightseeing. We will then return to Manchester for the start of the games. The World Games festival runs from July 17th -24th. USA West will play between 5-8 games during the week.

This year’s trip will be coached by John Paul (Michigan Head Coach), Alex Smith (Colorado State Head Coach), and Ken Broschart (Michigan Assistant Coach).
